Invitation Letter

Please submit your personal information correctly during registration. The visa invitation letter will be generated for download after successful registration.

Please note the ICT2025 Secretariat is not mandated to assist with the visa process beyond providing the invitation letter nor interfere with the visa decision. 

It takes around one month for the Embassy/Consulate to process the visa application. We kindly suggest completing registration at your earliest convenience to ensure your travel as scheduled.

In the event that a visa application is rejected, please submit the corresponding rejection documents/proofs to the Conference Organizing Committee's email address at least one week before the conference begins (the deadline is October 7th, 2025). Upon verification, the conference will deduct a $20 processing fee and refund the remaining balance after the conference concludes. If the submission is overdue, the conference fees already paid will not be refunded.
