The ICTXVII 2025 Registration Desk is located in the lobby of the Guoce International Confrence and Exhibition Center (GICEC).

The opening hours are as follows:

Oct 14: 14:00 – 20:00

Oct 15: 08:00 – 20:30

Oct 16: 07:30 – 18:30

Oct 17: 07:30 – 18:30

Oct 18: 07:30 – 13:00

POSTER VIEWING SESSIONS

All printed posters are displayed in the designated poster areas on the second floor of the GICEC main building.

Please refer to the mobile app or congress website for the full list of posters and session times.

EXHIBITION

Exhibition booths are located on the second floor, in the anteroom of Guobin Hall and along the corridors surrounding the sky lobby.

Opening hours are:

Oct 15: 18:00 – 20:30

Oct 16: 09:00 – 18:00

Oct 17: 09:00 – 18:00

Oct 18: 09:00 – 15:00

SPEAKER READY ROOM

The Speaker Ready Room is located on the second floor, in Guoyao Hall.

The opening hours are as follows:

Oct 15: 08:00 – 18:30

Oct 16: 07:30 – 18:00

Oct 17: 07:30 – 18:00

Oct 18: 07:30 – 13:00

ABSTRACT BOOK

The PDF version of the abstract book is avaible on Mobile Application “ICT2025”，and also

on www.ict2025.com. All the registed attendees are granted access to the abstract book after

login in with individual registration account.

WIFI

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference area and guest rooms at GICEC.

Network: guoce or guoce-5G, no password is required.
