As we proceed with the preparations, we would like to kindly remind you that, in accordance with international conference practices, it is necessary to complete the registration and payment process to ensure your abstract is included in the conference proceedings.

And all accepted abstracts are invited for posters presentation during the conference. The detailed Poster Display Guidelines are as follows,Additionally, please log in to the official website (https://www.ict2025.com)and upload your e-poster by September 20th.

1. Poster Board Dimension in cm: 100 width x 160 height, Oversized posters cannot be accommodated.

2. Recommended Resolution:  Final print resolution must exceed 300 dpi to ensure image quality. Lower resolutions will result in pixelation.

3. Poster number: Please use your submission ID as your poster number.

4.Template: Please download the official poster template from your submission portal  Use of this template is strongly recommended.(Click here to download the poster template)

5. Important note: No onsite printing services will be available.  Poster boards will be provided at the venue. Please bring your printed poster to the conference and deposit it at the designated "Poster Collection Area" (located at the registration desk)
