Bio: Dr. Fengying Liu serves as the vice chair of the RDPAC nonclinical working group. She is a certified Toxicologist by the American Board of Toxicology. She is currently Senior Nonclinical Drug Safety Project Lead in Global Nonclinical Safety and DMPK Department at Boehringer Ingelheim, Germany. She joined Boehringer Ingelheim (Shanghai) in 2022, providing toxicology support for project submissions in China, and relocated to Boehringer (Germany) in 2025. In her current role, she works as a Team Member Toxicology (TMT) for global development projects.

Prior to her roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, Dr. Liu worked for Chinese biotech companies, contributing to the development of antivirus, antifibrosis, and oncology drugs and therapies. She received Bachelor's and Master’s degrees from China, and a Ph.D. from the University of Heidelberg and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in 2015.
