Bio: Dr. Peng Shuangqing is a researcher and doctoral supervisor of the People's Liberation Army Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the chief scientific officer of Medici Biomedicine. He is the vice chairman of the 6th and 7th sessions of the Chinese Society of Toxicology, and the vice chairman of the Chinese Society of Environmental Mutagens. He has been engaged in scientific research on drug safety, food safety and environmental safety for a long time. He has presided over the construction of the national GLP platform and more than 40 scientific research projects, including 973 projects, 863 projects and the national "major new drug creation" science and technology project, published more than 300 papers (more than 100 SCI papers), edited 13 monographs, and won 12 national/military science and technology awards.
He enjoyed special allowances from the State Council and won the National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker and the Outstanding Contribution Award of Chinese Toxicology. He has trained more than 90 graduate students, and is also an expert reviewer of the State Food and Drug Administration and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the deputy editor-in-chief of ETAP.
