Abstract: Hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)], known as "Top Hazardous Substances", poses a significant threat to multiple systems. Nevertheless, the underlying mechanisms of toxicity and the repair ability of lung/liver after injury remain incompletely understood. We have conducted a series of studies on the lung toxicity, liver toxicity, and related toxicity mechanisms of Cr(VI), combining high-throughput multi omics techniques to explore key toxicity pathways and potential mechanisms.
